The RESTORE Model: for Relational Trauma Recovery
by Melissa E. Santana, MS, LMHC
Encouraging Healing and Growth
Relational trauma can leave lasting effects on trust, safety, emotional regulation, identity, and connection. Experiences of betrayal, abandonment, and identity disruption often affect far more than one relationship. The RESTORE Model for Relational Trauma Recovery was created to offer language, clarity, and a trauma-informed path toward healing and growth.
